My guess is that it's a switcher (CRxx's ) for the SMD lamps on the other side of it.
It looks like they put one between each pair of LED's?
The [Qxx's] look like timer IC's
while the [Rxx"s] look like resistor IC's...

Elaborating the rest of the IC's:
Uxx's (eproms)
Cxx's (capacitors)
Jxx's (connector headers..."Joints"?)
Fxx's ( no idea)
DSxx's (SMD LED's
L2 (no idea)
E1 (no idea)
RPxx's ( again, no idea)
MHxx's ( I'm guessing "Machine Hardware"? lol )

Okay, I having a problem searching for a few IC components.
First of all, I don't know what I'm looking for...lol

From what I understand, the IC component's I need to repair this bonus reel light board are
surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
I cannot for the life of me figure out what the values are that are written on top of the cans.

The 1st one has this:
251
22
3.5 or 35

The 2nd one has this:
100
CFC
1PN

The second photo below is a screen shot from the mouser website ordering page.
Would anyone have any clues as to what values I should let the website search narrow it down to?
Click on any photo to enlarge...>>>

Hi Mark, your's aren't labeled the same as the ones I have on hand, but as a last resort you could lift them off the board and use a cap checker to see what the values are. I would bet 35v and whatever Mic value

1st one is a 22uF 35v and the 2nd is a 100uF 35v. They are SMD Aluminum Electrolitic Caps. They come in letter sizes but with mouser it is just easier to measure your solder tab width and pick the one that matches. My son has a whole bunch of these, I will have him look for a few.

Not this one yet,  no.
The cap I got from the boy has been sitting on my desk forever.  arrow
I just soldered it in but I know it's not going to work because there are a couple
of more missing resistors next to it in locations "L1" and "C5" that I have to get as well.

This Bonus reel Dazzle LED circuit board was mangled pretty good.
Somebody busted off three IC components in one shot.
How that happened I have no idea but would love to hear it!  rotflmao

I'll update you guys soon when I get it running.

L1 should be an inductor and C5 would be a capacitor.
