Hi all,

I'm setting up a Bally Playboy Bunny topper on my S2000. I got the candle re-wired and LEDs going, but I do not know what voltage to use for the florescent lights. Can someone tell me please?

Thanks,

Rob

I believe if you open up the topper the ballast should tell you the voltage. Unless someone else already knows the voltage needed since you have it installed already.

Actually it's just resting up there. The topper is quite heavy and wide. Once I'm done I will just use double stick to secure it.

Thanks,

Rob

Well, it turns out to be 120V AC. All but one of the small florescent inside are burnt out.  Duh! Duh! Duh!

In the mean time I threw in a set of white Christmas lights. Not quite the bright white I was looking for, but it will work until I find replacement bulbs. Anyone know a good source for small florescent bulbs?

Thanks,

Rob

Well, if they are the 4" type that are in the Vision top box, I just got mine at Walmart for $6. I'm sure Menards, Loews or Home Depot would probably carry them too, but depending how many you need, it could get expensive.

BTW the topper does look good lit up, wish I had the height clearance to put more than just standard ovals on mine.

Rob, glad you found what you were looking for. You know if you have a steady hand and can solder decently, you could probably replace those leds that are out. I believe several members here have fixed bad leds on their chaser boards.
