I just bought a Bonus Frenzy machine, everything seems to work fine except when the 4th reel goes into a bonus pay or spin there is no sound at all (have to hit all 1,2,3plus 4 th reel) all of it's regular plays work good. I found an exact same issue from another member here so I made a request to contact me too but I didn't see his reply yet.
Somebody said it had a wrong sound chip. If that is true what is the right sound chip (part number) and where do I get it? Is anyone has an answer?

What sound board do you have..if any? will be to the left of the reels on the wall opposite the handle. If you do not know what it is a picture of it will help. Also do you have a new style with speakers in the award glass player tracking bar? or only the one in the coin tray?

Help
There is a speaker by the coin tray on mine. I believe it is called pro-sound 1.
I have contacted Jim@ blue ridge and he believe I have a wrong sound chip and he will send me a right one.
So I'll see how it goes.. Thank you anyway and here is a pic. Jim said it is a generic sound chip which not supporting "bonus frenzy" machine.
