I have a chance to get a Bonus Frenzy for a good price, the owner says it has error code 87 battery low.
I am assuming that this is a 6000 series machine but I cannot find anything on error 87.
i have not seen the machine yet, I am just going by what the owner says for the moment.

Any suggestions?

Me too, no code 87.  I looked in the Bally 6000, 5500, & 5000 books.  Low battery is always 81.  Maybe the seller is confused.

They either mean 81 for low battery or 87 credits were cashed out.  I have seen it where the number of coins cashed out is confused with an error code.
