Title: This one's a weird one?
Post by: stayouttadabunker on December 10, 2009, 01:05:30 AM
How about this...a vertical display?
Must of been for a table game similar to (fill in the blank).  :72-

I have seen routlettes with vertical signs.
I am pretty sure they just displayed the results like RED 22 and were not progressive.

Is the vertical writing a setting on the Cham2

I agree that it might of been part of a roulette sign... :89-.
But I'll bet it should have been a 1x2 or a 1x3.
My uneducated guess is that it's written into the chip but
I haven't installed it into any other CHAM2's to verify that.
I don't know of any other signs with vertical lettering
However, it's running off a CHAM2 (non-plus) and I cannot get it to increment or do much else.
I don't see any options to turn the tiles as I played with it a bit.
I'm a little surprised it hasn't shown a C1 or C3 code from being disconnected from any CON source.
I need that CON2 from the big guy but he can't find it since they've moved to the new store! :8-
It must of gotten lost in some box in the attic or something!  :5-

So, the CON2 that Joey has will work on anything that is not IGT. So, tell him to check in Spot's house, as it doesn't qualify as an IGT any more and Spot may be wanting to hook it up. :72- :72- :72-

Whether or not the CHAMII shows the C1 error is an option in the configuration menu, it may be turned off.

My guess is that it can still be hook up to an S+ or any IGT machine for that matter but
it will have to be done through a simple relay unit...
much in the same way Bally owners has theirs hooked up.
My test machine has various relays hook up to it so different voltage items and gadgets can be turned on.
With this in mind, it's pretty much the same way I have to send credit signals to a non-I  CON2 logic unit.
The relay will have to be a board type solid state relay because they switch much faster than the old analog relays.
My old junk 10 & 16 MHz S+ boards have plenty of those type of relays to choose from.
BTW >>> who is "Spot"? LOL

He's actually quite cute when you get to know him, but in his defense, he's a rat, not a mouse.  :20-  :96- :97- :97- :97- :97-

By the way, Spot has never spotted his own dot, since it's on the top of his head! :200- :208- :208-

Oh man,
I would have left him a set of reels in there!
Hot glue some chicken wire onto the reels so he could make them spin!
Glue a few Double Diamond symbols on the outside of the chicken-wired
reels and see if he ever hits the Jackpot!
I'd also throw some food onto the inside of the reels to entice him at
first so he's get a good workout spinning those suckers! :96-

No It's NOT!!! :37- :37- :37-      It's a QUAD-Level Slotaminium! or a QUAD-level Rataminium. :89- :89-
In fact, there's no minium about it.. It's definitely maxium!  :200-  And that's a maxim that Spot can live by in. :5- :30-

Sorry, Spot.  :60-  I didn't mean to rat you out. :127-

Spot the dot would not make it 10 seconds here as I have a half-breed cat here named "Flip-Flop" -half somekinda cat and have tiger/panther or something. -- :96-.  We do have a hamster that stays "protected" in one of the girls rooms.  This cat is near about daily dragging up these nutra-rats ,squriels, frogs, rabbits, dogs etc. and will leave nothing but select body organs depending on the kill.  Most of the time it is the heads and what looks like livers or something- Really Sick- :118-.  B.

Stout, it looks like you don't have any rats, or a mouse for your computer either, for that matter.  :31- :91-
