What pins on the WBA-12 are used with the flash software to flash it?

I assume you are talking about doing it from a computer, not with one of JCM's downloaders.  I haven't done it that way, but you can get most of the manuals and software from JCMGlobal.com.

The WBA manual can be found on page 3 here:

And the WBA/DBV Download App at the bottom of the page here:
http://www.jcmglobal.com/en/support/downloads/tools.aspx

I am not allowed to load it on the computer here at work ( muted  hissy fit), so I'm not sure how complete the instructions are.  Hope this helps.  yummy
