I have a pe plus double double poker machine. I just installed 5 multi poker game software. The Dbv 200 is only accepting 1 dollar bills as for before it was taking all except some of the newer bills. The validator is currently 22/23 2.60. Does anyone know if and what is my problem. Iam puzzled. Is it suppose a different update to work with the 5 GAME MULTI SOFTWARE?  Thanks

Your software might be a type 22 not 23. The 1 inserting is a common trait of this.
Try changing the dipswitch on the dbv

I figured out the problem. I got a reply last night. I was told to change the dip switch #10. I did and it worked great. Amazing. But thanks for the info
