Hey guys,

On a BTP, is the bonus reel (number 4) supposed to slide out just like the other 3 or is there more to it.  I have a slight vibration in it that I wanted to check out, but it doesn't want to come out very easy.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jason

Should have a white plastic release lever you push on the front of the reel assembly bracket to remove the reel. Careful when doing this as the plastic gets brittle and breaks easily with age. I've broken two on my cleo machine and the one on my super spin 7s

I must be having a "moment."  I can't see any kind of a white lever, other than the metal #4 bracket to slide the assembly out similar to the other reels.  Any direction would be great.

Thanks,
Jason

I think you put your finger in the hole under the shelf and pull on the lever.
I could be wrong on this... Scratch Head
There must be some kind of a clip underneath?

That's the release lever. If it doesn't release when you pull against then try pushing in on the reel assembly first. If that doesn't work use a screwdriver at the front of that piece of plastic where it hooks in front of the guide screwed to the reel plate. Follow that plastic with your eyes to where it goes around the guide and you'll see what I mean. They're actually kind of useless except for shipping as my reels fit tight enough that the reels don't vibrate forward

The first round stud post is where the latch holds it, pics are dark but you can see what it is, many of the latches are missing (broken) and just need a good tug

Thanks guys!  Well, mine is clearly broken off.  Am I supposed to manually disconnect any of the wiring plugs?  I know the one in the back should be a plug just like the other three reels, but the one off to the right hand side that connects the LED pcb...should that one automatically unplug as well if I slide the assembly out?  This thing is really hard to slide out and I just want to make sure I don't break anything.

The two white shelf nipples are there, but the plastic that should be surrounding them as part of the lever plastic assembly is non-existent...broken out before I bought it.

I use both hands with the index fingers to pull it out. It only comes out a little ways, then you lift it over the plastic nipple.

Jason  If you just take a REAL good look at the reel and the plugs on the right side of the reel, you will have the answer  to your question. Now what harm would be done to your machine if you by chance unplugged a wire that didn't need to be unplugged?

Thanks again gents...I'll continue to work at it.  Stubborn little bugger.  It may not even be worth doing...not sure what I can do anyway.  It makes somewhat of a slight ratchety sound at a certain point during it's revolutions...a ratchet sound about each second as it's spinning.  I checked for any wires that might be hitting the reels or interference of any kind...can't see anything.  Everything works ok...just a sound annoyance.

that ratcheting soung could be one of the reel light sockets has com loose. They only clip to the circuit board on the back of the housing and the clips on those also break easily with age so BE CAREFUL whenever changing bulbs on these. I had the same noise on one of mine the other day and thats what it was. If you get that reel to pull back an inch or so it should just lift up and out.
