Ok...didn't get the reel assembly out, but I pulled the other three out, managed to get a look at the back-light assembly on reel 4 and reseated the light into the sockets...yeah, that sucked.  Anyway, after a little more wire tucking, bending, and other contortions, I put everything back together and the noise seems to have vanished.   Thanks again for the help and the laughs fellas.
