Specifically this one.

The one I got is used I believe and has no adhesive on it.  Want to stick it on outside of my S+.

While not specifically for that, I use thin carpet tape to hold stuff like that on. It's super strong and thin, but not permanent.

How the heck did someone get that off a machine without tearing it?
Aside from that, besides the idea listed above, a can of spray adhesive would work well also and is likewise, semi-perminant

I took one off before cowboy.
It's made of pretty thick plastic film.
I was just careful and pulled at two points as evenly as possible.
It came off fine.
However, I would like to add that the first one I tried - didn't fare so well.... rotflmao

And the glue? That was not easy but rubber adhesive breakdown spray
and a block of wood 2x4 seemed to work.
