My 1938 Bell black cherry slot paying off on every pull. Payoff area doesnt appear jammed, nor dont see any sagging springs. Machine just arbitrarily start paying out

payout slides not reseting or something is stuck along side of them  slides should lock once you pull handle for new play

yes tyhank you. seems something isnt right in payout slides. Maybe best to remove slides , in spect and clean. will give that a shot

just put them back in same order you remove them or you,ll get bad pays
