VLC Winning touch

Not sure how this works as far as posting a question so if someone can let me know what to do I would appreciate it.  I have a VLC Winning Touch with a 'door open' error that we can't seem to fix.

Does it give any more detail on the screen as to which door it thinks is open?  Did this machine ever work since you've had it?

I believe there are 5 access doors the machine monitors...Check all doors and switches...Also post a picture of the error screen to help... :211-
