I thought I would share my second hobby of riding different rollercoasters at different amusement parks such as Canada's Wonderland and Adventuredome. It sucks they don't have slot machines in their parks, the only park that I've been to that have them is Adventuredome in Circus Circus Las Vegas. The roller coasters never a necessity for me but it's mostly slot machines for me!!! I even design them on RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and NoLimits. Keep in mind I watch Robb Alvey's Theme Park Review videos on Youtube almost every day.

Coasters I've been on.

Canada's Wonderland:
-Dragon Fire
-Vortex
-Minebuster
-Wilde Beast
-Leviathan
-The Fly
-Time Warp
-Skyrider
-The Bat
-Ghoster Coaster
-Timberwolf falls
-Silver Streak
-Behemoth
-Stunt Coaster
-Flight Deck
-Thunder Run

Darien Lake:
-Ride of Steel
-Predator
-Viper
-Mind Eraser
-Boomerang

Disney World:
-Big Thunder Mountain
-Primeval Whirl
-Splash Mountain
-Expedition Everest
-Space Mountain
-Rock-N-Roller Coaster

Adventuredome:
-Canyon Blaster
-Rim Runner

New York New York Casino:
-Manhattan Express

Sahara Casino:
-Speed: The Ride

Buffalo Bill's Casino:
-Canyon Adventure
-Desperado

Marineland Canada:
-Dragon Mountain
-Tivoli Coaster

Centreville Amusement Park:
-The Monster
-Log Flume

You should definitely make the pilgrimmage to Cedar Point in Northern Ohio if you like coasters. They have the best assortment of coasters in the midwest and arguably in the country.

I used to be a coaster nut back in the day, haven't been in several years. I think I need to make time to make the trip up there this year.

If you ever get out west again, Magic Mountain in Southern California has gone all out building massive, crazy coasters.  From Colossus that is pictured in many movies (like Vacation) to Superman, the Riddler, Revolution, etc. Per Wikipedia, this park now has the most roller coasters of any park in the world at 18.  Here is a link to the rides in their park.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Flags_Magic_Mountain  I have been and its more than this poster can fathom!!  My neck can only take so many G's in one day!! Living in West Central Ohio, I'm only a 2-3 hour drive from two great coaster parks.  applause
Kings Island to my south in Mason, Ohio and as others have mentioned, Cedar Point to my north.  They are both roller coaster parks worth checking out.  Odie

Hands down, THE most fun roller coaster I've ever been on. There was one spot where it got so intense that I got light headed and my vision tunneled.  Cheesy

If you go to Ohio, after you visit the theme park mentioned, down between Dayton and Cincinnati is King's Island which is a great park too. If you go down there, you should stop in at Wright Patterson AFB for the air and space museum. It's freakin' awesome and I liked it better than the Smithsonian.

I'd skip the trip to Kings Island and just spend more time at Wright Patt... I used to love KI as a kid but I think its really gone down hill in the recent past. Cedar Point IMO is 10x better

I moved to about a half hour south of Kings Island a few years ago and I haven't been. The last time I went I was unimpressed and several of my friends have said its gotten worse instead of better. Just my opinion though

Canada's Wonderland and Darian Lake have great coaster (minus the Predator hurts my neck to much).  The Viper was my first upside coaster!  Although my all time favourite place for coaster riding is Bush Gardens in Williamsburg.  I heard they removed the Big Bad Wolf that was always my favourite.  Anyone remember the DraconFire they used to have there ti was only up for like 2 years.  Man did that ride HURT!

Canada's Wonderland is a great park, I liked Behemoth and Leviathan. The Time Warp coaster is an absolute death machine I didnt want to go on that again. It's been a while since I been to Darien Lake the Predator and Ride of Steel are good coasters. I think Ride of Steel should be called Bizarro since Superman left the park.
