The 4 pin connector is:

http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=571-3-640604-4

The 14 pin connector is:

http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=571-1023872

The pins for the connector are:

http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=571-875236

You will need like a general purpose crimp tool for the 14pin connector.
