I've got 2 Bally 5500's and both had a 81 code on them, I changed the batteries an did a ram clear with the chips and I'm getting all 9's flashing on the displays Scratch Head

I looked up tilt 99

go back and do a clear and make sure you get a   CH-C  then a CL-C

And make sure that your battery is still in good shape, first. Bally ProSlots eat batteries like candy when compared to other slots.

I'll go back and check voltage on the hub battery, i bought the battery from Fry's Electronics.  Soldered it on, let the system run and then proceded into the reboot.  All 99999.  With removing the chips, one pin broke off into the hole.  have to remove and restart again.  What a pain in the arse!  Hopefully, i will get this machine back in order.  We miss the fun!
