Its a early PE+ with a side car bill validator.

PE's did not have the capability to use a bill validator.

When PE+'s hit the market they had a bolted on bill validator. We call those side cars.

If I'm not mistaken, that might be a pretty rare chipset in there that featured one slot game, one VP game, and maybe one other game?
