every ticket that comes out on both my machines the edges are a brownish color..... keep in mind im a complete newbie with printers...... where do i clean the printer to eliminate that? also how do you load paper in a printer? i no it goes in upside down thats as far as i got......can anyone post a video?

It is thermal paper..is it old paper?

I've also seen issues where, if a ticket hasn't been printed for a while, the heat a light bulb will darken areas of the paper that sit too close to the bulb. Usually the next ticket will print just fine. Heat is thermal papers worst enemy.
