this board comes with a 2nd big pcb replicating some custom ICs.
the background and audio were ok but the sprites were heavy flickering and near impossible to recognize.
after some socket replacing i found that a LS138 on the lower side of the sub board had a floating output, replacing it fixed the sprites issue.

i also used the just fixed top pcb to test another wonder boy bootleg board (wich had 2 sub boards and one missing AM25LS2519 chip) to confirm the bottom board works ok.

so i copied the AM25LS2519 little  implementation (2x LS173) from the working board and made a wirewrap pcb to fix the 2nd bootleg game.

Those pesky 25LS2519 chips are a beeeeyotch to find. I have about a 1/2 dozen or so of them and that's all I've EVER been able to find.
