Does anyone know where the bell would be mounted in the Game Maker? (Upright)
I can't seem to find a diagram that shows where it would be.

bad pic, but mine is located on the top middle. A small hole about 1" in diameter just to fit the wires and 2 screw holes.

So your bell is mounted on the top, inside of the machine?

Look in the top of your machine.
Behind the to florescent glass tube. One screw on the left will remove the assembly with the light fixture and meters.

Now you will find three metal studs welded to the top pointing down on the left hand side.
The bell mounts into the front two of the three with #6 screws.
