I'm having a issue with my ati buffalo. I insert a bill and it rejects bill and says invalid bill error message. It has a wba in it. I tried diagnostics and i insert bill and it just kicked out bill and didn't read. how can I fix this issue. Can someone help me with this issue. thank you

What type of BV are you using and do you know what software is loaded in the BV?

Is this a WBA with a green Comm Board on the side of the BV
Have you cleared the game recently
Has the game ever accepted Bills, if so when did it stop taking them

yes it was in service working and it just wont take bills anymore. it does have a green com board in it. and what do you mean clear the game. SPC?

Not clearing SPC but a complete RAM Clear of the game and using the Set-Chips

If the game was in service and just stopped working, I would go to the Audit Menu Screen, select Current Lockups and check to see if there are any errors being notified
