On my Willem programmer software there's setting called Skip write off 0xff, Do I leave that checked or unchecked?

I think you can leave it checked it skips any bytes in your data file that are 0xFF because when you erase an EPROM it is filled with all 1's or 0xFF when you read a blank EPROM. the 0x means it is hexadecimal
