No, it's only broken for a select few of us, for completely unknown reasons. I haven't been able to see the glow text since we started the new site, but others that I've talked to have no problems with it. You're the first person besides myself to notice. I figured that there was something missing on my computer, but I could never figure out what, especially since the glow had worked fine for me on the old site. Scratch Head 2 

Old posts that I saved from the old site display the glow feature properly on my machine, but then, the web pages were saved as images. Some component that builds the text has an issue on our machines. It could be a missing dll or...?  The problem isn't browser-specific; I have the same problem in ie, firefox, and safari.
