Title: Bally 6000 MPU Plugs
Post by: jdkmunch on November 17, 2009, 10:56:47 PM
The jumpers switches on my board have been replaced with solder plugs.  Is there somewhere I purchase the switches to replace the plugs??

I usually pull them out of bad boards, they are socketed.

Ohhh so you come across a dead board and pull those out as spares!

that's a great idea.

Oh yeah, I use what I can from the fried boards.  I have had bad dips before that took me a while to troubleshoot, replaced it and back in business.

thanks,
Wayne

I bought some from mouser.com  Part number is 506-ADE0804.  They cost $1.37 each.
