Title: GAMEMAKER - TOUCH SCREEN ISSUE
Post by: FOXSSLOTS1 on December 30, 2011, 09:40:40 AM
Have a GameMaker and on the KENO game the column on the right - does not register.   During ramclear part of the process was to touch sections of the screen to sync the screen?  is that what I have to do again?

Try to do a calibration again.
You can get to it from the menu page.

Is it just the Keno game that doesn't respond? Or is it all games at that area of the touchscreen?

If it's just the Keno game than I'd say it's in the game chip.
If all games then calibrate again.

Hey Barry,

Ya might try calling up the game(keno) on screen.  Depending on the monitor mfg., you should be able to move intire screen image to the right or left(prob left) a little, then recalibrate.

That did it - when i got to the customers home - the right column would register in the column to the left - so moving the screen and shrinking - recalibrate - and VOILA - HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY customer.
