I reset my bill acceptor after I did a Ram Clear and it takes bills, however it kicks the coins back out from hopper. Any help would be appreciated.

What machine type.  Looks like you are playing cash mode and not credit mode.  If it's an S+, hit the cash credit button before you put in your bill.  Otherwise, you can change a setting on it to default to credit mode.
