i opened and closed the door to clear it and it worked but a few days later it came back.....the good thing is its on a enhanced board no sottering....... are these batteries that i need???

i actually found one in my closet still in a package from last year..... i put it in.... so far it works.....how long they usually last in a machine? the one that gave me errors had to been in there over a year and half..... i need a voltage meter to test these batteries any good ones out there to test batteries?

I've got a regular Fluke multimeter I use for my electronic needs. As far as just a battery tester? I wouldn't be able to recommend one, sorry. A year and a half seems kind of short for battery life though. Unless it's a pain in the but you might consider cashing out before you shut your machines off. It'll help some
