Hello, after going through all the connections and reseating every wire on a CDS 1920 Easy Street game I keep getting E15:18 HDD Verify Fail Reset Game.  Originally I was thinking that this had to do with a possible loose connection but what is telling me otherwise is the fact that it happens in almost exact 10 minute increments.  When I shift the game off and turn it back on it goes for another ten minutes and does the same thing.

Any suggestions?

From an error code document I have (attached):

GDD VERIFY FAIL 15 Hard Tilt V
Could not verify the Gaming Display Device (GDD). This usually indicates a problem with
the hard drive or BIOS chip on the GDD. Defective QUARTs on the VIG II may also cause
these errors.
Subcode 1: Error with communications, check quart, comm cable, GDD.
Subcode 17: Error with hard drive authentication, replace drive.
Subcode 18: Error with hard drive authentication, replace drive.
Subcode 19: Error with hard drive authentication, replace drive
Subcode 20: The wrong BIOS is installed.

The little daughter boards that sits on the Mainboard can also cause this problem. Especial if the capasitors are missing.

Hummmm, I did disconnect the small little reset board. I will plug that back in and check. Maybe that was the problem this whole time.

You must have a prefect match with the game chips, birth chips and HDD other wise you will continue with these problems...Also the mentioned chips must match with the type of VIG board...Once I got prefect matches, my errors all went away and has work perfectly since...
