I have a IGT I games machine with a WBA 12/13 bill acceptor and a thermal printer JTPV2.08 the machine works fine for a few months and then gives mechanical meter disconnect, I have tried to ram clear the machine but the error will not go away.
Please could someone advice me on what to do next

Hi

Usually that is caused by a faulty or Loose IO Card. Do you have another machie that you can swp cards to confirm ?

Good call TZ, many times the I/O boards will unseat themselves...make sure they are seated into the connectors fully.
