What do you need to know and I think there was a old sort of manual posted somewhere. Can you post photos of the mech inside

Thanks for the reply, I'm having troubles with the payout, it's electronic and runs off of circuits with diodes and capacitors. Before the replacement of a couple bad capacitors it would pay out correctly on the first pay after machine is plugged in and then the payouts would be short 10 coins. After replacement the hopper runs constantly.

I will try to get you pictures of inside today.

This is I think the root of my problems its the control board for the payout. All I get whe I plug machine in is hopper runs until override kicks in and shuts machine down.

Looks like an old groveneor model. There was a switch on the kangaroo tail at the back of the mech that can give you probs and on the right hand side of the mech is your pay switches make sure none of them have gone open or out of wack.they are on the bottom right of the mech.as for the circuit I will have to try and remember as it has been a long time since working on this

Hello, I checked into the switches in the back of the mech. It all seams ok, switches click on and wires are connected. Should I check for continuity?

I'll look into it.

This machine is turning into a lot of work. I enjoy it but wish I had manual and schematic to trace things out.

Hello,
I looked into to the mech, everything checked out ok to the best of my ability. I keep going back to the electronic board below the hopper that controles the payouts. I've checked most of the caps and they checked out ok. Something else on that board is causing it. Does anyone have a schematic??? I think this must be the only machine of its kind in the states.  I have not found anything about this machine.

Any other suggestions?
