Sigma 50 Hopper Jam

I have a Sigma 50 slot.  I had 15 credits on the machine and hit the payout button.  I got the Tilt and Hopper Jam message.  The hopper does not appear to be jammed, but I don't really know how to check or fix this problem.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you can check the hopper out of the machine just like an  S+,  hold in the brake pawl and rotate the shelf wheel by hand, should pick up the coins and bring them onto the knife and out to the coin tray.  in the machine you can press the red test button and enter into the test mode and keep pushing the button until you see the words test hopper, turn the reset key on the side (1 of3)  and this will turn on the hopper and count 10 coins.

I believe you can pull the white interlock switch (to fool the machine into thinking the door is closed)  keep the door open and you could observe whats going on
