I'm interested in information on this Sigma slot machine shown in the enclosed attachments. It is a 9 line machine. Can you help me identify the model? Also would like a source for trouble code information on this machine and an online manual if available. I have a chance to buy this machine at a fairly reasonable price, but it is not working.
Thank you.
Jerry

Are you somewhat afraid to bring it into the house?

(just kidding ya!)

uh, let's see...
There should be a tag on the outside of the machine near the bottom on the side or
on the back.
With the power off, pull the board out and
post a high-resolution picture of a good close-up of the board and
the writing on the chips on that board.
The more information you can show us - the more we can give you! yes

I haven't found out what codes it is showing yet. I'm still waiting for more info on it. The seller wants $75 for it. Is a Sigma worth that? Huh?

I'd at least take a ride and go see it, or ask the seller email you a short video clip of it?
Report back to us any more information you can find out about it.
The parts alone sold on fleabay or here will fetch you more than $75 bucks that's for sure! yes
The only problem is...there's not too too many Sigma owners here.
I have a Sigma but a different kind called a "Treasure Tunnel"...love that name....LOL

Hi  stayouttadabunker,
Well........parts huh? That's good to know. I'm still waiting for the seller to let me know what codes are showing. Maybe I could get lucky......and it only needs a new battery. Yeah right! What about trouble code info? Do you have any?

Yes,There are a few manuals floating around.
When you find out exactly what kind of machine it is,
we'll see if we can come up with a manual for it!

I tried to blow up the pictures, but the res. is pretty low. If you look at the sticker on the flat piece of metal...under the reels. You see them two black circles?...They are an error code chart for door open, cash door, money can,etc... So its either a 150 or 300 and since the cash can is under(ver. the side) I would say its a 300  yes. If you are getting an error,it wont be hard to fix  applause I would give him 75...if he had the hopper, which is not in the picture  Scratch Head.

Hi Randy,
Thank you for your input into my questions with this machine. However......it looks like I won't be getting the machine after all. The seller has not responded to my emails. Bummer!
Thanks to all for attempting to help me!
Happy Holidays!

Kevin,
I may have a hopper. It is the stainless steel type out of a Sigma double cherry sg-50. Do you have a photo?

Well there were some issues a lot of them got worked out, once I found some new system files to burn to the chips. Yet still can't get the coin comparator to read properly, looking at just buying a new one I think, the optics just won't catch every coin.  Other than that it's a cool machine, just have to add credits using bills all the time.

before you buy anything, on the sg-50 and 32 models sigma used the same optics for all coins 5 cent thru 1.00 , they made a spacer that went inside the coin channel, and the spacer looked like a baseball homeplate cut in half. that ramp would slide the coin over so it would go over the optics and count the coin.If the spacer is missing then it will do as you describe.

check it first,

Is this also true for the SG-300? This machine is a SG-300.
