was working fine but has stopped accepting coins.  shows 55 credits but only the change button is lite.  coin comparator light is on, the flap that sends coins to hopper is energised.  It was working and I set Dip Switch 2 #7 to off, got error message that credits must be cleared before change could take affect.  I can't cash out but that wasn't working before.   

any suggestions?

Switching out the denomination chip what another denomination would clear it.
Then put the old denomination chip back in.
If you don't have one, did you try swapping the CC with a known good one?

I don't have an other board to use nor do I have the denomination chip.  The slot is a quarter denomination, do you know where I could get another chip?
