I can clear the ram CL C ,but when I  put the main chips back in I get flashing lights and error 83F0. Please help me if you know what this means. thanks sam

I think it means that you have "Incorrect Mains"

It means that your saferam clear chips are too old for your mains.  This usually happens when people buy them on eBay instead of getting the new ones from someone like Jim at Blueridge.
  You can either install older mains or get newer saferam clear chips.
