Has anyone tackled the Win-Tact WP206f11 (PR3) power supply.  I have a few I will be beginning to look at.

Anyone have the schematics and common faults for Rev.A7?

I have a problem with two power supplys WP206F11 PR5, after turn it on they switch on the reele and after 2 seconds switch it off for 10 seconds and then switch it on again and then work normally.
Anyone know where is the possible problem for this 10 seconds swith off of the reele?

Someone have any solutions for power supply start problem Win-Tact WP206F11 PR5?
When power on they start and imediately turn off, after 10-15 seconds turn on and work normally.
