Does anyone disconnect the payout button on their slots when people are hanging out?  I can see (when kids are involved) as soon as they figure out hitting the button makes a ticket print, you could spend the whole day putting credits back in the machine.  I have a skill stop slot that uses tokens but I have enough tokens to keep them busy all day.  This will be my first Easter with a ticket out machine.  I assume the machine would not notice that the payout switch is disconnected.

I had this happen to me when my little nephew hit the credit button on my S+ and it had over 3000 credits in it! I just disconnected the wire to the credit button and made sure to tape the end of the wire so it wouldn't short out. The machine don't mind. It actually was a good thing in the end, since S+ machines do not have any power going to the "Change" button for it's light, so we ended up making a jumper from the "Credit" power switch, so the "Change" button would now light up like the rest of the buttons!

I just cut off the bottom of pill bottles and set over the buttons when we have party's . That way no one can accidentally hit the button and cash out . Works for me .

If I have a guest over and they cash out I just have them put the ticket that just printed in the Bill Validator and watch the machine load the value back on the machine in under 20 seconds.

I didn't think the BV would read the tickets.  I am new to this, but the guy I bought my machine from said that software was not available yet.  It would be great if you could use the tickets to enter credits!!  The pill bottle thing is a great idea.

I have all of the Cash Out cherry switches slightly popped out of the buttons so that pressing the buttons doesn't actually do anything.
