I am having an issue with one of my IGT S AVP uprights, the bill validator bezel will not light up. I've had the bezel light board, dc power supply, distribution (backplane) board swapped out and it still wont light up. Wiring has been checked for connections, breaks, crimps, etc. It will accept currency, just no light on it. any suggestions?

Does the BV itself work and it's just the light that doesn't?

yes the bv works and takes bills but just no light on the bezel.
