I bought my first slot machine and one of you folks told me it wouldn't be the last one... FIRST you guy are right  Hail

So now i am searching for the perfect video poker machine to put next to the slot machine... I found this one in idaho, it this a pretty easy model to repair? Is the price reasonable for how he describes it?

In My Opinion, I would say that's not a great deal.
For that money I'd sooner go after a Gamemaker or Game King.
With either of those you have multiple games installed at once.
So with one machine you can have video slot, poker games, and keno all in one unit.
This Bally is only ONE Game which is not necessarily a bad thing but I would have a
very tough time making him an offer that would be "reasonable" in his opinion especially
given the machine has problems. IMO

Mark, I agree with TJ, thats a Bally V-1000 series. Parts and games are going to be difficult to find and that price is not inticing at all. I concur with looking for a Gamemaker. It should be around that price range, or cheaper if you are lucky, It has 10 games that can be changed rather easily. There are a slew of games available in that platform with Poker, blackjack, keno and slots, and they can be mixed and matched on the board. A Gameking is also nice, but the price is going to go up probably another $500-600.

Thanks for all the input here and in PMs! I am going to pass on this one and keep my eyes open for an IGT machine. I just need something to show up in driving distance Smiley
