i have an igt blue moon from 1994 i cannot find any documentation bout it, the main board looks like pe+ but it does not have back plane it only have the main board witch have written i.g.t. australia assy a33-005-04 and an second board behind the monitor " 8-bit i/o controller"
i apreciate any help thenks in advance

It sounds different, can you post a pic or two of the insides. The vintage means it should be an S+ but you could be missing parts.

it is a video slot with 5 reels it futures free games and double up. i post here some pics 
these 2 boards are inside machine, now I'm not able to make picture of the whole machine
in those 2 empty sockets was the processor and the crt controller same as in pe+

at least can anyone tell me what set chip to use to enable SAS communication ? what i know is that the clear chip is set 0113 or something like that

Unfortunately the Australian IGT product is totally different from the IGT's distributed to the rest of the world. Information on these seems to be scarce.
Let me know what software is in your machine and i will see if i can find anything.
