Has anyone found an alternative for the original monitor/touch screen combo?  I've seen someone use a different monitor sized a bit smaller. Seems a smaller monitor would need a smaller touchscreen and that would need to work with the oddyssey.

If you know anything about doing this let me know. Also If anyone can confirm that the video card is compatible with standard SVGA video monitors that would help as far as maybe doing a widescreen computer monitor...

I hooked up a LCD computer monitor to my Odyssey and it works.  So If I can figure a workaround on the touch screen I can just put in a 22" LCD computer monitor.

Just an FYI that it is standard SVGA out.

The controller is common too as well as the touch screen type it's just the size that is the killer!

I have seen folks make custom bezel's for the game and install wide LCD screens that have the touchscreen

The biggest problem with odyssey is the custom monitor they used and finding parts for it!

If anyone has a known touchscreen manufacture and model that would help.

Would any microtouch product work?   What about Elo touch?

They used the standard white box microtouch one (RS232)

Firmware 2.1 should work.
