The game works fine until a bonus round. Touch screen will not respond. I'm thinking it's the Screen Control board above the hard drive. Any thoughts before I start looking for one??

Did you try recalibrating it?  Check the touch screen connection with the tape on it.

Yes you can do that. you can even go in and out of pay table. That tells me it may not even be the touch screen but, I don't know enough about reel touch yet.
