Translation:

Joey has made several attempts to convert and upload the video to YouTube but YouTube keeps hanging part way through. He has to reduce the size and the quality to the point where the size of the file is acceptable to the GoogleTube police. police mooners

It could take as much as another hour, since each attempt to convert the video locally takes 10-15 minutes followed by an upload attempt, which may work or hang.
