Hello, I need help locating the wheel optics on my Bally S5500 to clean them. I have no idea where to find them. If someone could give me photos of their location that would help. I am also getting an error code 40 indicating that wheel #1 failed to intatilize. I am thinking that cleaning the wheel optics might help. Any other ideas? thanks. Don.

Swap the reel connectors and see if the problem follows the reels.
Let us know what error code you get.

Thanks for your suggestion. Do I have to take the reels off to do this? I would still like to clean the wheel optics too and don't know where they are located, Can you please give me instructions on how too clean the reel optics. A photo or diagram of where the reel optics are located would be helpful. Thanks.
