Bally 5000+Fire and Ice Machine stuck on error 83, manual says to check SafeRam U31 and U100 and Ram U13/14 and U15/16, I can not locate them on my board?

Have you checked the voltage on the battery? If I recall correctly, isn't an 83 on a Baly 5000 a low battery?

(P.S. Just I case you didn't know, it's that blue thing at the top middle of your pic. If you have a multimeter, you can check the voltage...chances are, it is DEAD.)

Battery is low only 1.08v should be 3.6v I will start by replacing it Thanks!
