Hallo any experts there?.
I am a new member here and have 2 Bally 5000 Poker. They have been working fine for the last 8 years! Now one starts giving trouble which I can't resolve.
There is a remaining credit of 11 coins which the hopper does not pay out. In fact the hopper does not do anything, swapping hopper same thing. After open/close door the machine says hopper on in 5 sec, counts down to 0 but nothing happens. Resetting the machine does not help either, RAM clear I don't know how to do, if that would help. I cheked and cleaned all contacts, no idea what causes this problem.
Any help or hint is appreciated,
thank you!
