Have a vision Diamond Fives machine that was generic. Replaced SB chip with a SB100102 and replaced the flash card with BGM00037. Want to convert to Diamond Fives Bonus Spin. Now I get a protocol mismatch error. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. New to vision machines. Thanks.

Check the SB number again.  It should be SB000102.  What ATA is on the card.  Also, what version chip are you using?

Sorry the SB number is SB000102. The ATA number is 10054, the version chip number can't be read. Thanks for any help.

OK, according to the PSR for SG000341, ATA 10065 is required.  You can drop back to an older SG chip set like SG000092 and that should fix it unless the version chip is incompatible too.

I can't believe they updated the SG's that new and didn't have the game as a Bonus Game and still used a SS chip in there, I can't remember the ATA on the card sent but can fix you up with the correct SG's in the morning

I had the files for SG000092. With them in the machine I get an error message in the LCD.

Multi Slave System Error Occurred
Crash Type: Resourse Error
File Open Error....\bgm00037\backgrnd.bmp

It keeps cycling and trying to set up and this error comes up each time.

Sounds like you have a corrupt file in the BGM folder.
