I turn it on and it went into a repeating reboot cycle every half second.  It's like someone is turning the on/off switch as fast as they can ... click click click click click click ... until of course I turn it off again.  You can see all the lights coming on with each click and going right back off again with the next click.  By the way, the "click" is the sound coming from the speaker, which I usually get when I first turn it on.

Bad on/off switch?  Something worse?   Help bawling

I'd look at the power supply first, then check all plugs and connections. Seems I remember a bad light ballast can cause this type of action also. Just a few things to look at...

You nailed it!  I've been having problems with the belly light not wanting to come on.  So, I unplugged it and the machine booted right up.
