Hi mic,

If you put a computer inside with touchscreen
and you want slots check out these from Masque
many popular titles from IGT and Bally with the actual game sounds.

I built a cabinet with a PC in it for older classic arcade games
but I also ended up installing the slots as well and love it.

Some of the local walmarts and target stores carry these as well
but a google search will tell you more.

Also some members have added coin handling but that would depend on what your
building of course. I went the easy route for the slots just a touch of the screen to play.

In bound coin handling would be no problem.
Simply coin in === Press 1 (or whatever button) that would trigger a credit.
However you would not be able to block on screen adding of coins and payouts via a hopper would not be possible.

There are some MAME emulations of the PE+ poker and simlar that would do a better job of this.

Tank you everyone for replay

for the masque publishing solution, no possibility to put credit with a coin acceptor or bill..
for the Pe+ poker on the mame emulator its viable to use it with com1 bill or coin acceptor.. or with a keyboard hack...

did you know if they exist some fruit game on emulation for pc ?
or already made for coin op pc operatioin.. ??

tnk you

I use a board called a Ke72 - this board simply plugs into your keyboard port and then a keyboard can plug into the Ke72 (if desired).
This then provides 72 inputs that you can use switches with etc.

I have a Mame Arcade table that I built and it uses all of the regular arcade buttons and joysticks wired to the Ke72 - the games are all emulated on a PC running mame.

So with the Masque software you could simply connect up a Coin Mech to the Ke72 so that you can add coin credits.
There are also bill validators available that respond by outputing pulses - these could be connected to a relay or scr (quieter) and also tied the the Ke72.
These are not the same bill validators that are used with actual gaming hardware.

With the Use of a touch screen - these are typically just USB connected to a PC - they emulate a mouse.

A coin mech / bill validators - available through Happ or many other online vendors.

If you google MAME and PE+ I believe there is support for lighted buttons and a hopper.

if you are looking to build a turn key slot there is no turnkey package on the market.
If this is your goal you are better off spending the $800-$1500 on a game maker.
It is going to be a lot cheeper than building a custom cabinet, using a PC + touch screen + Ke72 + hopper + bill validator + parts
