Maybe this will help somebody,I do not know if this was posted before.
If you have printer Epic950 and I think it works for 850,that does not work(LEDs "Ready" and "Paper" are lit) try changing
three SMD electrolytic caps on main baord (100 uF ,I forgot voltage but they are located in the middle of the board.)
