I am a first time owner of a IGT Double Diamond Slot Machine. I picked it up today and am having problems already. No manuel came with it so I do not have a clue what the flashing lower light on the top of machine means.I opened the door then closed it and worked for a short time.Tried the door again and the light is still flashing.Power cycled and nothing.Wondering were I can purcase a manuel for this machine. The model # is B4936CIW. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

lower candle flashing is normal after an open door.  it should go away after a game or two is played.  if the lower candle intermittently flashes then you may have a door switch or optics that is flaky.  is there an error code displayed on the 7 segment display?  for a main door open it would show a 5 0 on the 7 seg.

The 50 code applies to Bally Proslots. This is an S+.  Door open should show a 0 in the Coins in.
