It looks like one that Mills made, similar to my "compact" (front opening) Mills that I have found little information about other than it was made for export, then for some reason, was sent back and modified for US currency. Mine looks like sort of like that one on ebay...the glass fits but the payouts are obviously inserts that were added later. Here's mine...I bet the mechanism of mine is identical to his.

Oh no!! I've been duped into thinking I was eating Italian when, in fact, it was Mexican???  Silly Me!
My Mills is no longer in the garage...it's sitting on a nice White Clad stand, happily waiting to gobble quarters.  I got it for $200 on CL - did a little cleaning and some troubleshooting. Problem ended up being one screw too tight in the mechanism!
